First step
Start with an audit
I review the current process, tools and data to identify where time is lost. Based on the audit, I propose the priority next step.
Who it's for
A business with a working process where manual data transfers or disconnected systems take up time.
Not a fit
If you only need website design or front-end build, with no CRM or automation task.
What to prepare
- The process you want to change.
- The tools you use now.
- What should be different.
- No access is needed for the first call. I run the audit once we've agreed access to the systems involved.
- Don't send passwords by email.
What you get
- A description of the current process.
- Bottlenecks and risks.
- Priorities and a recommended first step.
How it works: A call, an analysis of the process and materials, then written findings.
Common questions
Does every task need AI?
No. My approach is simple: understand the business, build a reliable system, and only then decide whether AI belongs in it.
Can we start with a single process?
Yes. Describe the process that takes the most time; after the audit we decide the priority next step.
Which tools do you work with? Do we have to change our CRM?
I work with n8n, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Make, Supabase, OpenAI / GPT and Anthropic / Claude. I review your current CRM together with the process first. I suggest a migration only when there is a specific reason and a clear transition plan.
How long does a project take?
I set the timeline after the audit, once the scope is agreed.
What do I get at the end?
Operating instructions and the handover of the configured system and its access. All stages are described on the process page.
What about support after handover?
Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and development are scoped separately for each client.
Do you work with sensitive data?
Yes. There is a published medical integrations case. Data access, where data is stored and the protection requirements are agreed for each project before work starts.
What hours do you work?
At times that suit you, in your time zone.
